Swedbank is a a Nordic-Baltic banking group based in Stockholm and one of the top 4 largest bank in Sweden, founded in 1820. I joined the Swedbank Pay Product Team for 10 months to help evolve their visual language and design system as well as developing new products and services within Swedbank Pay. 

As a small in-house design team you tend to get your time accounted for by daily design tasks and production. There isn’t often time to take a step back and see the full picture and ask ‘Does this design feel like us?’. This is where I can support.
 
I took a high-level look at the current design system with the intent to review structure, fill gaps and most of all - push the visual style.
